Laguna Coast Wilderness Park offers thousands of acres for exploration on foot, mountain bike or horse. Some of its many trails are challenging, but the rewards are worth the effort: panoramic coastal and mountain views from atop pristine, wind-swept bluffs. While vast in and of itself, the park is part of an even larger interconnected collection of open spaces that enable anyone with enough stamina to journey from the southern edges of the City of Irvine all the way to the coast.
